Peach Infotech LLC & Southeast Seed Stage Partners develop joint venture & merger with Virtual Harvest LLC of Carnesville, Georgia.

Peach Infotech LLC and Southeast Seed Stage Partners of Atlanta, GA, have announced they have completed a merger deal with Virtual Harvest LLC, a company based in rural Georgia.

Virtual Harvest, also known as VHVA, is a leader in the growing $4 Billion virtual assistance market provides ISO-9002 compliant administrative support services to a range of customers from small businesses to enterprises including Banks, Universities and Healthcare companies in the Atlanta area.

VHVA will also partner with My200biz.com and market to the customers of 200 Office LLC as well as other customers in Atlanta. Peach Infotech has signed a 3 year Agreement to develop a SaaS web portal (Software as a Service) using tools such as Sharepoint and Force.com to deliver its full suite of BPO services, IT in a Box and Compliance in a Box. The My200biz.com deal is worth $900,000 to $1.35 million based on the 3 year agreement with 200 Office LLC.

The virtual assistant service is indispensable for entrepreneurs, salespeople and road warriors who have a need for 24/7, global access to information. VA’s excel at providing instant access to leads, customer phone numbers, directions, Internet lookups and database lookups for their clients from remotely operated contact centers in Atlanta, India & Phillipines.

Virtual Harvest, LLC, was founded by Carla B. Still, a former executive with the Federal Government.  Ms. Still has developed a unique methodology for delivering 24/7 back office support services including word processing, presentations, marketing collateral, graphic design, calendaring, remote database administration, IT production support, IT Help Desk, Cloud applications integration and software productivity training for various popular applications such as Microsoft Office, Office365, Libre Open Office, SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp and more using proprietary SaaS tools.  In addition, the company provides 24/7 remote monitoring and support services to its customers for all types of production support including IBM AIX, IBM DB2, SQL Server and Oracle 11i.

The company will relocate the VHVA Operations to Atlanta and continue to provide its elite service to the Atlanta business community via its local base in Atlanta, Georgia.  The privately held company has paid a combination of cash and stock for the purchase of assets and intellectual property of VHVA. Virtual Harvest, LLC will operate as part of the Business Process Outsourcing subsidiary of Peach Infotech Solutions, which has operations in Atlanta, GA; Lagos, Nigeria; Bangalore, India and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Ms. Still, the owner of VHVA will serve as Vice President and General Manager of the new BPO Division, which will target small businesses and corporate customers with an unprecedented new model for outsourcing that will help companies of all sizes compete more effectively in today’s turbulent, global 24/7 marketplace.
